The Thomas More House Group represents the residents of Thomas More House (TMH) on the Barbican Estate in the City of London.
We are a house group of the Barbican Association (BA), the recognised tenants' association for the whole estate.
We deal with issues specific to TMH, while the BA covers estate-wide matters.
All residents of TMH, together with long leaseholders who do not live here, are automatically members of the group.
There is no subscription.
The group is run by a volunteer committee.

• Represent residents with the Barbican Estate Office (BEO), the City of London Corporation's managing agent, and through the BA and the Residents' Consultation Committee (RCC).
• Monitor services and repairs. We take part in the regular house inspections, follow service charges and major works, and keep track of the BEO's performance.
• Follow planning and development affecting TMH, including London Wall West and the car park review, working with other houses and the BA's planning team.
• Keep residents informed through our newsletter.
• Bring neighbours together with social events for residents.

The committee meets monthly, usually online on the third Wednesday of the month. The group holds an Annual General Meeting each year, to which all residents are invited. If you would like to raise an issue, please get in touch.
