October 2026 newsletter

Autumn Social. Thank you to those who have replied to the invitation to our Autumn Social on Wednesday 28 October. The evening will start with short updates on three issues, followed by drinks: planning issues affecting the house; the condition of the estate; climate change.

If you haven't confirmed yet, please contact us using the contact form. Also see the Events page for details.

Lifts: volunteers wanted. The Lift Electrical Repair Framework Working Party is looking for volunteers. Because of the configuration of Thomas More House, lift breakdowns can leave residents unable to leave the building, so please consider volunteering.

Help in an emergency. If you think you would need help leaving the building in an emergency, please make sure you have filled in the form.

Repairs. The repairs service is now in-house and can be reached on 020 7029 3909.

Your priorities. Thank you to everyone who answered our survey on the issues that matter most to residents. The results shaped the programme of our Autumn Social.
